Shipping Policy
Age Verification
All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. By ordering from our site, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. Carriers will not release packages without age verification.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to select states within Nepal where alcohol delivery is permitted by law. Unfortunately, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- International locations
Orders to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with licensed carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and local alcohol delivery services. All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method. Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.
Return & Refund Policy
Alcohol Sales Are Final
Due to legal regulations, all alcohol sales are final.We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Email us at support@liqnic.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work with you to resolve the issue via replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven't been processed or shipped.
Legal Notice
We strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and shipment of alcohol. Orders that violate these laws will be canceled and refunded.
